Change Management
To earn this credential, participants must demonstrate an understanding of key change management concepts and apply tools for effective change delivery. This includes understanding individual roles in change, the change curve, leadership and motivation (e.g. Maslow’s hierarchy of needs).
They will learn why people embrace or resist change, understand personality types (e.g. Myers-Briggs) and organisational change processes.
Participants will also focus on creating roadmaps, engaging stakeholders, tracking progress, managing feedback and handling resistance, while using tools to stay on track and continuous improvement methods like Kata.
